VMware applies for Common Criteria Certification for vSphere

VMware gained the Common Criteria Evaluation Assurance Level (EAL) 4+ for their Virtual Infrastructure 3 Platform last year.  With the release of vSphere 4.0, it was very logical for them to apply for certification as well.

VMware is hoping to attain certification by 2010.
